Enchantée! I’m Rebecca! My adventurous spirit has taken me to many places, and after all my travels, I’ve found my way back to Charleston, where I was born and hope to stay—I absolutely love it here!
Doing hair and makeup has been my anchor. It gives me genuine pleasure to elevate, energize, and empower my clients by highlighting their best features. I truly enjoy every aspect of hairdressing: cuts, color design, corrections, styling, bridal styling, Brazilian Blowout, braids, men’s cuts and grooming, and makeup.
My journey started almost 25 years ago in Texas, where I was nurtured and educated by a mentor team in this beautiful industry. Five years later, I moved to NYC and studied Japanese cutting techniques and razor cuts at Bumble and bumble. I specialized in men’s grooming, volunteered for New York Fashion Week for 12 years, and worked regularly on film sets, television studios, and magazine publications with some of the most talented photographers, directors, models, and celebrities. Manhattan offered me unrivaled experience.
I spent half my time on the Virgin Island of St. John doing bridal hair and makeup, made my way to Maui, and then on to Miami. I’ve cultivated a unique balance of natural, earthy island style and cosmopolitan high fashion that I bring to my chair.
